Check in/Check out
Weekly bookings are Sunday to Sunday.
Check out time is 11am on the day of your departure and check in time is 3pm on the day of your arrival.
Guests wishing to ski on their departure day may leave a small amount of luggage in the games room, but MUST vacate all other areas by 11am. Similarly guests wishing to ski on their arrival day may change in the games room, but must not occupy any other areas until after the lodge has been cleaned.
Linen
Guests must provide their own linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels). Most bed rooms have 2 single beds, which can be joined to make a king, however single sheets are recommended. One room upstairs has a double/single bunk combination.
All beds have electric blankets, and there are plenty of blankets and doonas.
Parking
There is no on site parking at Neewalla. Guests should unload their cars in the no parking zone opposite the lodge and park in the public spaces near the golf course, or in the overnight car park at Friday Flat. All vehicles in Thredbo must have a current National Parks entry permit, which can be purchased online or at the park entrance gate. Parking regulations are vigorously enforced by rangers from the National Parks and Wildlife Service.
Cleaning
During winter the lodge is regularly cleaned every Sunday between 11am and 4pm, which is included in the accommodation fee. In summer cleaning will be arranged by the club and an extra charge of $550 on top of the accommodation fee will be applied to all bookings to cover the cleaning cost.
Please assist the cleaners by ensuring the following are done before vacating the lodge:
Leftover food is removed from fridges and cupboards.
Loose rubbish is removed from bedrooms.
Sheets are removed from all beds, and blankets and doonas are left folded.
Rubbish bins are emptied, and all rubbish and re-cycling is properly bagged and left in the garbage enclosure.
Games room is left in neat state.
Garbage
General refuse must be placed in heavy duty garbage bags. Glass, tins and recyclable plastics should be placed in the yellow recycling bags, and paper and cardboard placed in the blue recycling bags. Recycling bags can be found in the kitchen between the refrigerators, or in the garbage enclosure at the top of the steps. All garbage and recycling should be left for collection in the enclosure at the top of the steps. Do not leave loose rubbish or boxes in the enclosure, only bags will be collected.

The central heating controller is located in the living room, and is programmed to automatically heat the lodge in the morning and evening. If no guests have arrived at the end of your stay please turn the central heating off using the touch screen controller.
